You can use any rationale to justify any course of action. This survey method is absurd in 2020’s. This type of survey is very easy to program so that more coaches/trainers would take it. Having it on paper so we’d give it some thought is idiotic.
Additionally, you lump together instructor/rider coach/trainer like they are the same. They’re not. If you are going to lump my responses in with a bunch of trainers, then don’t bother. It will sway the data.

This is a longitudinal study, meaning the same methods, same questions, and exact comparisons over what is now almost twenty years.

I took the time to download, print, read and analyze the survey.
Then I scanned my printed results as a pdf back to my laptop, and attempted to upload the pdf file to submit it back. At this point, I receive the error “This field must be a number”. Hence, no upload.
Sorry, but this process is too cumbersome…longitudinal or not…I’d hope you have a different answer 20 years from now.
If you have a suggestion to correct the error, please let me know.
