Over the last few decades, a model of RiderCoach linear development has formed based on the best practices and historical evidence found within the Rider Education community. During the COVID-19 pandemic from 2020-2021, a group of program managers met monthly to provide input, which was the basis for the linear development slide below.
A large part of the issue with the RiderCoach development is that shortcuts are taken to save money and time, resulting in a decrease in the potential of those selected for the process. Moreover, short-cutting the system in two key areas can also affect student development, resulting in decreased efficacy.
