The present study is a continuation of Dr. Ochs’s 2005 research and the revisited research in 2020, as presented at the 2022 IFZ conference. In concert with the current study, these two efforts will elevate the investigation as one of the only longitudinal projects studying what Competencies, Characteristics, Experiences, and Abilities (CCEA) are critical for selecting Instructors/RiderCoaches and RiderCoach Trainers.
This round is specifically for all instructors and RiderCoaches. Think of this as a professional development opportunity, and let your opinions be part of a larger project.
The larger the sample, the more accurate the data. With more than 5000 potential participants, every respondent can make a difference by sharing their perceptions. The shared information will be confidential and only used in an anonymous aggregate form.
Invite other Instructors/RiderCoaches to participate. If you are a Program Manager or Site Manager, share with everyone who works with you.
