This is an opportunity to further a research project that started in 2005, continued in 2020, and now expanding. This round is specifically for all instructors and RiderCoaches. Think of this as a professional development opportunity, and let your opinions be part of a larger project.
The more participation, the better the outcome. The shared information will be confidential and only used in an anonymous aggregate form.
The larger the sample, the more accurate the data. With more than 5000 potential participants, every respondent can make a difference by sharing their perceptions.
Invite other Instructors/RiderCoaches to participate. If you are a Program Manager or Site Manager, share with everyone who works with you.
