This is an opportunity to participate in a longitudinal study started in 2005 by Dr. Raymond J. Ochs. As continued by Dr. Donald L. Green, it is nearing completion in its third iteration.
Whether you are a new or old RiderCoach, or if you have not yet participated, now is the time for this professional development opportunity. Help the community by completing the survey and submitting your CCEA ranking.

Print or Download the following PDF document and follow the instructions on each page. To arrange the order of the 40 CCEAs, you may use whatever method works best for you. It is recommended to speed up the process; an initial evaluation is done to break the 40 CCEAs down into smaller “chunks” of importance for success before ordering them from 1 to 40 (most to least important).
