Rider Choices completed a Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Advanced RiderCourse (updated) Certification Course (ARCuCC) for the Service Members at Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE) from 20-22 March 2023. The three-day certification course included pre-course assignments and three rounds of classroom and range peer teaching to expose RiderCoaches fully to the intricacies of presenting the lesson.
The MSF ARC/MSRC is a one-day course that complements basic skills and helps with personal risk assessment. It includes a fast-paced classroom segment with fun interactive activities to improve perception and hazard awareness. Range exercises enhance both basic operating skills and crash-avoidance skills. Improving your braking and cornering finesse is emphasized. The course is beneficial for riders on any type of street motorcycle.
The RiderCoaches certified provided feedback that they learned how to conduct the course and became better riders simultaneously.
