Serious About Safety

In the last month, we have continued exploring deeper topics, expanding the group discussions, and sharing great information with our peers. It never ceases to amaze how much more we learn with a more significant amount of ideas and sharing amongst this group of professional RiderCoaches.

This week we will discuss being “Serious About Safety” and what it is to have safety front-of-mind.

Some Lead-in questions to ponder:

  1. What is an example of how you are serious about safety as a RiderCoach and a Rider?
  2. What is an example of how someone else is serious about safety as a RiderCoach and a Rider?
  3. What is an example (without identifying them) of someone else who needs to be more serious about safety as a RiderCoach and a Rider?
  4. What is an example of how someone else may think they are serious about safety as a RiderCoach and a Rider but is not?
