For a new motorcyclist, learning something new can be quite difficult. RiderCoaches should be able to communicate precisely to the student expectations in a simplistic way students can relate to. Tribe Talk’s Happy Hour this week will explore the power of simplicity and why always going back to the basics is a solid strategy.
Relate the following questions to being a RiderCoach and a student:
- What is the most concise way to relay expectations for students?
- Where do most RiderCoaches divert from simplicity?
- What key methods help to focus students?
- When can RiderCoaches get more in-depth with students?
- How would you simplify on the range and in the classroom?
