Intersections are dangerous areas for motorcyclists. If other roadway users do not see you, being prepared includes an escape plan. Keep the motorcycle ready to escape and evade, but do not rush into an intersection. Keep your head on a swivel to look for dangers.
Continually look in every direction to maintain appropriate safety margins. Always analyze all Factors, Potential Traps, and keep Escapes available using the Search Evaluate Execute (SEE) strategy.
Never underestimate other road users nor overestimate your skill to escape problems in an intersection.
