How and why we do things is often a theme to understanding what is important. Tribe Talk Happy Hour this week will explore exposure in novice motorcyclist training. Relate the following questions to being a RiderCoach and a student:
- Is the quantity of training the BRC provides enough?
- Do we fully prepare RiderCoaches for helping students?
- What content is missing from novice motorcyclist training?
- What content is missing from RiderCoach Training?
- Are minimal requirements meeting our minimum needs?
